Twincat Studios, has been the branding of my home-recorded music production since 2001. Twincat was very active between 2003 and 2008, producing four art-rock albums; Coffehouse Boyfriend, Wig City, Lost Cause, and Alb-O-Matic, and maintained a website called Mistook.Net which showcased those albums until 2014 or so. The albums were then ported over to SoundCloud, under my name, Patrick Melody, which still exists today. In 2023, I began to build a new DAW based studio to record a lot of older songs that never made it on to the four albums mentioned above. Between life, and the learning curve, it took me until 2026 to work up a new body of singles to release online, and this DreamWidth Blog has been created to act as a central hub for news and embeds of the singles as they are released over the spring, summer, and fall. But there is still plenty of old material yet to produce, and now that the new studio is up and humming, I plan to release music regularly, through to 2034 or so.
